Fixturing solutions

Pannon Concept has gained significant experience in design, redesign and manufacturing of fixturing solutions for machining centers. We conceptualize and make custom fixtures from survey up to deliver turn-key soltuions to meet special requirements.
Our fixtures are either operated by pneumatic or hydraulic systems according to the specification inlcuding commercially available components to meet the highest standard (e.g. AMF, Roemheld, SMC, Festo).

We also undertake redesign and recontruction of existing hydraulic systems, or upgrading machining centers with 4th or 5th axis including reprograming as well.
Our service includes re-tooling of complete machining lines for change over from desing through test run.
We design and manufacture welding and machining fixtures for oversized part production.
